Renegade Transport LLC is looking for team drivers, established teams or solos looking to team (we will help you find a compatible partner) for our FedEx Custom Critical contract.


Must have class A CDL license.

1 year experience in tractor/trailer, verifiable, in the last 4 years or 6 months in the last year.

Must have HAZMAT endorsement, good driving record, clean background and be able to pass drug screen.

Must have experience with Qualcomm, electronic log or understand how to operate a computer.

Be able to work any of the following OTR positions out 3-4 weeks and home 1 week.

Clean MVR, if you have a speeding ticket for 10 MPH over or more as well as a ticket for not using a hands free phone you will not qualify. Additional items that are non-negotiable with FedEx includes: seat belt violations, more than 1 preventable accident in 3 years, and felonies must be older than 7 years.


2012-2016 Freightliner Cascadias (all 2016 fleet is coming).

Excellent healthcare policy available as well with low deductibles, no coinsurance after deductible, and it covers dental and vision. Life Insurance is provided.

All benefits are effective after 90 days at 50% match by employer. After 1 year, 100% covered by employer.

Drivers earn .58 CPM loaded, and .45 CPM unloaded. After 90 days pay is negotiable depending on performance. If a team goes over 3200 miles/week, they will automatically earn .62 CPM loaded, .45CPM unloaded. 99% no touch freight and customer live loads everything. Average monthly mileage for all contractors across the system is approximately 3,000 miles/week. Obviously a dedicated team can do much more than that.

Optionally, drivers could take a compensation package 40% of total loads and no benefits after 90 days.
