• Minimum Age 30 years old. Exception can be made if the driver is 28 years old, with 6 months average tenure and a clean driving record. 
• Minimum Tenure average of 3 months. 
• 30 months of verifiable OTR Experience, with at least 6 months in the last 3 years. 
• DWI/DUI in a commercial vehicle is an automatic disqualification. 
• No DWI/DUI in the past 10 years. 
• No CDL drug or alcohol violations. 
• No robbery, drug, extortion or murder felonies. All other felonies are subject to review by Orientation Manager and Safety Director. 
• Review by Orientation Manager and Safety Director required if more than 4 driver violations, 2 from each category:  
• HOS 
• Unsafe driving 
• Driver's License Suspensions 
• 2 Inspections with more than 10 Violations (driver or equipment)
