Due to expansion we are currently seeking a field service technician to work on site at a hospital location. The field service technician is responsible for responding to service calls for clients who need office technology equipment repair. This person will work in a hospital location and assist internal customers. This person will be responsible for replacing toner, filling paper and light repairs. The service technician will diagnose the problem and make necessary repairs. This person will also inspect the machine and perfom the necessary routine and preventive maintenance and replace any parts that are nearing expiration. This person will communicate the status of repairs to the client and order parts and schedule a return visit if it isn't possible to make the repair immediately.

This person will be provided a laptop, phone allowance and company vehicle and will be responsible for maintaining accurate car stock and inventory count.

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $14-$15 per hour, based on experience, plus a bonus program and a full benefits plan. We offer full training and welcome candidates to apply from other industries or from technical training programs.


  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Technical training through employment or a technical college in automotive repair, computer repair, or aviation or a similar field is highly preferred

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

  • a clean driving history with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years.

  • This person must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, no felonies in the past 7 years and no convictions that are theft related.

  • This person must have a clean cut appearance, no visible tattoos (including sleeves) or piercings are allowed.

  • This person must have parking available to take a company vehicle home every day.
