ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Answer phones, effectively communicate with AAA Members and Fleet drivers in order to assist members to resolve their emergency automobile service needs and be able to dispatch the appropriate driver and be vehicle to best service the member. 

  • Manage road service calls from start to finish; complete follow-up with members to ensure satisfaction 

  • Assist drivers with directions or other viable information 

  • Recognize and alert the supervisor of increased call volume to stay ahead of fleet drivers needs. 

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE 

  • Customer service experience and a demonstrated commitment to help others – customers, team members, and community 

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with customer service and attention to detail were key. 

  • Data entry
