Position Outline 

Forklift operators are responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities. 

  • These positions are Full Time with OT earning potential, you must be able towork for 2nd shift hours depending on the business demands. You will learn more about your specific schedule during interview and orientation. 

  • We offer 6 and sometimes 7-day work weeks. 

  • It requires standing in one place for extended periods of time. 

  • Must be able to work in multiple temperatures and work environments (inside/outside). 

  • Some positions are highly repetitive etc. 

  • Must have good hand and eye coordination. 

  • Must be positive and have a dedicated work ethic.

Job Duties: 

  • Load and unload trucks 

  • Move and stack materials 

  • Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed 

  • General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned 

  • Follow current good warehousing practice 

  • Receive/process shipments 

  • Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
