Summary of duties involve repair work at the restaurant for all equipment including but not limited to:

  • HVAC
  • Cooking Equipment (Fryers/Ovens)
  • Breading tables
  • Pack lines and display
  • Buffet hot and cold wells
  • Restaurant lighting
  • Warming cabinets
  • Minor plumbing such as leaks (to include copper and PVC), faucets, handles, etc.
  • Minor electrical wiring
  • Minor construction/repair such as painting and tiling
  • Preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good working order such as cleaning and replacing filters, etc.

Position requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Have reliable transportation and have insurance for the vehicle
  • Able to use/wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses/goggles etc
  • Able to pass a background investigation regarding felony convictions
  • No felony convictions within the last 7 years
  • Able to pass a drug screening
  • Able to work different shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Have at least 3 years of related job experience
  • Skilled in tiling, painting and general repair
  • EPA Certification is required. Master HVAC License is preferred but not required
