M-F from 3:00pm to 11pm. $15.00 plus paid holidays after 90 days and paid vacation after 1 year.  

  • A valid driver's license because you may be required to drive company vehicles. 

  • Great customer service skills. 

  • At least 2 years of supervisor experience. 

  • Good written/verbal skills ?Must have good computer skills ?Must have a minimum of 2 years management experience ?Must have a valid drivers license you are required to drive a company vehicle ?

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, or other establishments such as schools, medical facilities, offices or auditorium by performing the essential Duties and Responsibilities: ?  

  • ?Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards. ? 

  • Issues supplies and equipment. ?Resolves workers' problems, coaches and or counsels employees. ? 

  • Reviews employees' hours worked on time sheets. ? 

  • Inspect equipment to make sure it is in good working condition. 

  • Requisitions cleaning supplies and equipment. 

  • ?Performs duties of workers supervised when necessary. 

  • ??Directly Supervises 30 or more employees in the Janitorial Operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Stathakis policies and applicable laws. 

  • Support employees through training, coaching, planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

  • Work with other team members and take direction from customers and mangers. ? 

  • Maintain inventory and replenishes cleaning supplies by contacting main office in advance and picking up supplies at main office on a needed basis. 

  • ??Must be able to perform all duties in correspondence to the workloads. 

  • ?Other duties may be assigned.
