You will be exposed to a broad range of client business challenges including technical, legal, financial, organization design, process re-engineering, offshore outsourcing, business alliances, business/market strategies and other issues. Potential engagements may include optimizing internal functions, developing go-to-market strategies, developing strategic road maps for change management, service provider solutioning, and shared services advisory services.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

1 ? 5 years Warehouse experience
Strong computer knowledge (Word, Excel, WMS, Label Software)
Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
International packing and documentation a plus
Logistics and transportation experience
Forklift operation experience a plus
Ocean container loading or experience
Knowledge of DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx freight websites

Mandatory Requirements:

Warehouse and logistics experience
Ability to pass a 7 year criminal background check (NO Felonies, Theft or Violent charges IN THE LAST 7 YEARS)
Ability to pass drug screen

Must have reliable transportation
Dependable, hardworking, able to multitask
Able to work well with others and have a sense of urgency

Being a consultant means working closely with our clients on their challenges and adding value as a member of a team. Most of our client teams travel to domestic client sites weekly, leaving home on Monday morning and returning on Thursday. Occasional international travel is also required. Fridays are spent in an our Company Group office reconnecting with colleagues, attending training and collaborating on internal projects and meetings.
