Job Description: 
Process PO's- This will require tech/phone conversations with vendors, checking pricing, requesting quotes, checking purchase requests for corrections and right approval authorities. Assist and train new personnel on filling requisition forms, Train and assist in the receipt of incoming supplies from vendors, assist/coordinate functions and tasks with Maintenance manager, correct problem invoices with our accounting team, reply to emails in a timely manner. 
More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Must demonstrate outstanding customer service, planning, and time-management skills. 

  • Experience in using Microsoft programs. 

  • Experience in Outlook.
