Miyake Forging North America is seeking experienced production associates for night shift. 

 
Education: 

A minimum of High School Diploma or GED is required. 

Ability to obtain in-house Forklift Certification 

 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Loads the proper steel bar into the machine for the production 

  • Ensures steel bar feeds are clear and working properly 

  • Monitors the machine to ensure proper production 

  • Unloads inductive machine parts and stages them for travel to the cold forge or inspection areas 

  • Measures and test parts to ensure proper set up of production machine 

  • Makes control adjustments to ensure proper production settings 

  • Documents results of the daily production in the production control database 

  • Read and understand blueprints 

  • Calculate dimensions of work pieces 

  • Mount attachments and molds into production equipment 

  • Inspect Equipment, Structures and material 

  • Handling and moving objects 

  • Monitor processes, organize, plan and prioritize work 

  • Evaluating information, processing of information, problem -solving, and decision making 

  • Communicating with team members 

  • Perform strenuous physical activities in a noisy setting
