  • Perform general office administrative duties as required, including processing expenses and invoices, receiving and posting payments, journal entries
  • Prepare annual budgets and various dashboards to highlight company performance to goal
  • Cost jobs and review profitability
  • Prepare journal closing and provide monthly income statement and balance sheet
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Track all jobs in progress and components within each including billing and collections
  • Mail invoices and statements to customers
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Manage all clerical functions including payroll
  • Manage contracts, processes, and job documentation
  • Manage and keep track of change orders
  • Manage social media activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
  • Manage customer referral program
  • Handle bank reconciliations
  • Maintain office equipment


  • 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or office management
  • Working knowledge of Pacific Solutions highly preferred
  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of flooring industry preferred, but not required
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Ability to take initiative, plan, organize and multi-task independently
  • Ability to be highly accurate and detail oriented
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated maturity, integrity, and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
  • Ability to install and implement new software and train other to its use
Must have a clean background for past 7 years with no felony convictions or crimes against others
