Our company is searching for a resourceful, personable,
energetic self-motivated individual for a part-time entry level administrative
assistant / receptionist for our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate must pay
extreme attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a pleasant
telephone demeanor, and an energetic personality.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to clerical and
administrative tasks:
• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls, inquiries and requests
• Handling executives phone calls, emails and voicemails
• Correspondence, filing, data entry, office supplies, updating records,
running errands, faxing, copying, bookkeeping etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, Publisher etc.
• Competent and interested in learning about the financial aspects of our
business
• Administrative support to management
• Drafting and editing a wide variety of documents using Microsoft Office
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Work independently on special projects, researching information on different
matters
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff
and office information
• Successfully pass a drug test, and
have 5 years of verifiable work experience
• Ability to pass a 7 year Felony / Misdemeanor Background Check
• Must have an High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Keep all office areas clean
• A can-do attitude is absolutely required along with a desire to learn and
grow professionally
This is a part-time position is 24-32 hours per week. This will turn into a
full time position with benefits.
