Sale Admin for an International Distribution company. 
Duties include but not limited to 
- Administrative works: order entry, answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, Invoicing and Filling  
- Answer phones and assist walk-in customer inquiries 
- Schedule shipping for customer orders 
- Inventory counts and balance 
- Support Outside Sale Reps: CRM notes, samples orders, etc. 
- Other tasks and duties that may be assigned by management 
- The applicant must be confident, assertive, self-disciplined, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 
- Minimum two years of working experience  
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Typing speed min 40-50 WPM 
- Telephone and customer service experience 
- Eager to learn and do new tasks 
- Bilingual English and Spanish  
- Tile and stone experience will be a plus 
- Reliability is a must, Detail-oriented 
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure 
- Ability to take initiative in order to create and improve organization's processes and procedures 
Must also be able to pass our CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK for the PAST 5 YEARS! (No Felonies (LAST 5YEARS) and cannot be actively on probation).
