Job Title: Special Event Attendant
Location: Downtown Nashville
Compensation: Starting at $8.50/hour
Status: Part-Time, Non Exempt
Schedule: Shifts vary Monday through Sunday based on special events, must have 3PM to 11PM availability

Job Summary
As an Event Attendant, you will be responsible for drawing attention to the facility and customer service. This includes working with location leadership, on ground employees, and customers to maintain an exceptional and seamless parking experience. Be part of the excitement for Music City special events like the Nashville Sound's baseball games, concerts, and more!

Essential Functions
*Receive and process customer payments accurately
*Oversee parking garage operations by monitoring parking lot activities and reporting any problems to management immediately
*Have knowledge or willingness to learn surrounding streets, landmarks, freeways, or any other helpful information to be able to provide to guest whenever needed
*Review previous shift report for pertinent information, and complete a daily shift report and submit to management

Job Specifications
*Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended period of time.
*The person in this positions needs to often move about the parking entrance and lobby of assigned location
*The person in this position frequently communicates with guests who have inquire about parking and visitor information. Must be able to exchanged accurate information in these situations.
*Must be able to detect incoming guests and direct them.
*Employees will be required to wear a uniform and follow appropriate grooming standards

Minimum Qualifications
*Must be at least 18 years old
*Must have access to personal motor vehicle (You will receive a stipend for fuel)
*Pre-employment drug test
*7 year criminal background check
