Station Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Establish staffing levels in accordance with VP of Operations, Regional Manager and select personnel
Develop Crew Member skills and evaluate performance
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to airport functions
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, hiring, discipline, termination and procedures pertaining to employees
Establish local service standards
Supervise flight activity
Maintain appearance and condition of facilities used by customers
Represent company / clients at airport management meetings
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Must be able to perform same duties as required by all positions at station to include,CSA's, Lead CSA's & Supervisors
Employee corrective action
Correspond with internal & external entities: assure a timely response
Maintain & provide: payroll, billing, training, hiring and other duties as required
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years airport management/operations experience preferred
Two or Four-year degree preferred
Leadership skills/experience, ability to direct and motivate staff
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and email systems
Proven record of budget with others at all levels, both inside and outside the company
Must have previous customer service management experience

Work Authorization: Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (current or future)
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Able to lift 50 lbs up to 70 lbs occasionally
Able work varies hours, all days including evenings, weekends and holidays• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments/All types of weather
Background: Ability to provide 10 years of employment, education, unemployment history
Background: Completion of FBI criminal history check that reveals no felony convictions inmost recent 10 years
Must be able to successfully pass a DOT pre-placement drug screen

Must possess a valid driver's license with 3 yr good driving record
Travel: Ability to travel occasionally
