The Seasonal Street Team Representative is responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients directly in the community to share information, answer basic questions, and connect them with Account Managers for service enrollment or renewal. This role is fully in-person and involves significant walking, door-to-door outreach, and attendance at local events. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, and physically able to spend extended periods walking or standing outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this seasonal role.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned areas to engage potential clients.
Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional items.
Provide basic service information and answer initial inquiries.
Gather contact information and warm leads for Account Managers.
Attend local events, community gatherings, or high-traffic areas to promote services.
Follow up with interested individuals via phone, text, or social media.
Log all outreach activities and leads accurately in CRM and tracking tools.
Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.
Skills & Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:

At least 1 year in customer service, marketing, promotions, canvassing, or related field preferred.
Skills:

Outgoing, approachable, and confident in face-to-face interactions.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in the field.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Organized and able to track leads and outreach activity.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physically able to walk for several hours a day and carry marketing materials.
Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
Technical Requirements:

Access to a tablet for communication, navigation, and lead logging.
Reliable transportation to assigned territories.
Additional Information

Training: Paid training provided before starting.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break), with possible Saturday assignments during peak season.
Compensation: $17.33 an hour paid on the 15 & last day of the month
Duration: Seasonal, September–December, with possibility of extension.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
