Ralph Moyle, Inc. was founded in 1966 and is a family-owned and operated transportation and warehouse specialist. We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team!
The primary function of the Warehouse Associate at Ralph Moyle, Inc. is handling the daily in and out flow of customer product. Hours of work are 11pm-7am (3rd), M-F.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
Abides by all company policy and procedure to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Unloads and loads all inbound and outbound shipments.
Inspects for defects, infestation, and cleanliness of inbound trailers.
Performs day to day functions of warehouse associates including picking, scanning, throwing, staging, loading, or unloading product.
Reports all discrepancies of product location, quantity, and conditions to management.
Identifies damages and shortages and escalates as necessary.
Assists in keeping a safe environment.
Uses sit down and stand-up forklifts.
Utilization of scan guns to track items from receiving and pickup.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications for a Warehouse Associate:
Ability to learn and operate our current Warehouse Management System as well as the RF Scan Guns.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
1+ year of forklift experience is required.
Forklift certification is preferred.
Comprehend and following oral and written instructions in English.

My name is Mae Hughes, and I am the founder of 2nd Chances 4 Felons. I started this organization out of my own journey and struggles as a felon determined to rebuild my life.
When I tried to turn things around, I searched everywhere for real support—asking for guidance, visiting agencies, and combing the internet—yet I found little to no true help. Time and time again, I sat in interviews explaining how much I had grown and changed, only to be rejected because of my past. No matter what I did, people could not see beyond the label of “convicted felon.”
At my breaking point, I faced a choice: give in to frustration and anger, or transform my struggle into something greater. I chose the second path. Instead of letting my situation defeat me, I decided to create a resource—not only for myself, but for others walking the same difficult road. That’s how 2nd Chances 4 Felons was born.
This organization exists to remind people with records that opportunities do exist—that giving up is not the answer. My mission is to reduce the number of individuals who lose hope simply because they believe no help is available. Everyone deserves a chance to prove that change is possible, not just through words, but through present actions.
I earned my Associate’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2012, and as a mother, my children remain my greatest motivation. They are the reason I strive to do better and be better every day.
My prayer is that 2nd Chances 4 Felons will continue to be a source of guidance, encouragement, and opportunity for those who need it most. To anyone facing these struggles, know this: your past does not define your future, and you are worthy of a second chance.
