Hi, I’m Mae Hughes, founder of 2nd Chances 4 Felons. I created this platform for one reason: to help people like me find real opportunities after incarceration. I’ve walked this road myself — job rejection after job rejection, despite my growth, change, and dedication to a better life.

That’s why I built 2C4F: a free, nationwide resource hub for people with felony or misdemeanor records who are ready to work, ready to move forward, and ready to live again.

💡 Example:

If you were convicted in 2020, and live in Dallas, Texas use tags like:

If you are looking for jobs with no drug test (no judgement) use tag

🔑 HOW TO SEARCH JOBS USING TAGS:

Use keyword tags to filter jobs by your background and location. For example:

DFWAREA = Dallas/Fort Worth

MISDEMEANORS3YEARS = Misdemeanor is 3 years old

More examples of tags are;

FELONIESOK, NODRUGTEST, ENTRYLEVELJOBS, etc.

🔍 Note for Misdemeanor Convictions:

If you have a misdemeanor, you can still use the HIRING section to find jobs. Use key tags based on your situation — for example, misdemeanors3years if your conviction was three years ago. Tags help you filter jobs that fit your background.
